Test socket assembly

Products

Built to your device, not to a catalogue.

We build complete test hardware, contact technology, and precision components — specified against your package, your handler, and your test conditions.

Test Solutions Test Sockets

Test Sockets

Our sockets are designed around your application from the outset. We support any package type — SSOT6, SSOT23, TO263, PQFN, WLCSP, BGA, KGD and beyond — at any lead count and size, for any handler type, down to a minimum pitch of 0.2 mm.

Where a standard part cannot meet the mechanical or thermal requirement, we design one that can.

Contact Technology Offset Probes

Offset Probes

Offset probes engineered for fine-pitch Kelvin measurement, with semi-circular hole anti-rotation machining capability that keeps contact geometry stable across the life of the socket.

The offset tip geometry brings force and sense contacts onto the same lead without crowding the pitch, and is available with Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating for extended wear resistance in high-cycle production test.

Suitable for both low-current and high-current applications.

Contact Technology Pogo Pins

Pogo Pins

Single- and double-ended spring probes in hardened BeCu, palladium alloy, and gold-plated brass, rated beyond 500,000 insertions.

Supplied as complete probes or as barrels, plungers, and springs for rebuildable assemblies — with tip styles selected against your lead finish, contact force budget, and cleaning interval.

Suitable for both low-current and high-current applications.

Contact Technology Contact Fingers

Contact Fingers

High-quality contact fingers, fully customised, supporting a wide range of socket and handler platforms. Each series solves a different contact problem — the right choice depends on pitch, package geometry, and how much compliance the device needs.

M Series contact fingers seated in a socket body, cross-section

M Series

A compliant multi-bend profile. The longer sprung beam delivers a softer, more forgiving contact force and a longer wipe, which suits packages with lead-coplanarity variation and applications where mark-free contact on a soft or plated lead matters.

I Series contact finger carrier with in-line blades

I Series

A short, stiff, in-line profile with a pointed contact tip. The minimal beam length gives the shortest electrical path and the smallest footprint of the three, making it the choice for fine-pitch and high-frequency devices where signal integrity and pitch density lead the requirement.

F Series contact finger stack exploded from its housing block

F Series

A broad flat-beam profile with a wide contact land. The larger cross-section spreads contact force and dissipates heat across a bigger area, which suits larger packages, elevated-temperature operation, and sustained high-power test conditions.

All three series are built for high-voltage and high-current applications. Selection between them is driven by pitch, package geometry, and how much mechanical compliance the device needs — not by current capacity. Exact dimensions, force curves, and ratings are issued per part number on request.

Four-Wire Measurement Kelvin Cantilever — Inner and Outer

Kelvin Cantilever — Inner & Outer

A dual-path cantilever geometry that brings force and sense contacts onto the same lead at separate points, in both inner and outer configurations.

Separating the measurement path from the current path allows accurate four-wire resistance measurement on low-milliohm devices, where lead and contact resistance would otherwise dominate the reading. Available with defined pin position and socket top or side configurations.

Built for high-voltage and high-current applications.

High Current / High Voltage C-Pin Series

C-Pin Series

Inner and outer C-Pin contacts engineered for high-current and high-voltage test conditions.

The C-Pin geometry maintains a controlled contact footprint on the device while carrying loads that exceed the capability of conventional spring probes — suited to power devices, automotive parts, and high-power discrete testing.

High Current / High Voltage Rubber Pin

Rubber Pin

Test contact rubber pins for high-current and high-voltage applications.

Rubber pins offer low-inductance, low-profile connection for fine-pitch and high-frequency devices where mechanical spring contacts are impractical — with the compliance to absorb coplanarity variation across a large contact array.

Full Customisation Socket Body / Housing

Socket Body / Housing

Socket bodies and housings supplied without pins, fully customised to your mechanical envelope.

Ideal for customers with an established contact standard who need the housing, alignment, and retention engineered to their own specification.

Test PCB Test PCBs — DUT Cards and Load Boards

Test PCBs — DUT Cards & Load Boards

Quick design turnaround with short fabrication lead times: 20-layer boards in two weeks, hard gold plating, and 0.4 mm pitch pad technology for restrictive mechanical requirements.

Reliability Burn-in Application

Burn-in Application

Burn-in boards, sockets, and fixtures for accelerated life testing — built to survive the oven, not just the bench.

Burn-in subjects devices to elevated temperature and voltage over extended periods, forcing infant-mortality failures out before parts ever reach your customer. That makes the hardware itself the constraint: boards and sockets sit above 125 °C for hours at a time, cycle after cycle, and any drift in contact resistance or board flatness surfaces as false failures in your yield data.

We supply burn-in boards built on high-temperature substrates such as polyimide, together with the burn-in sockets, contacts, and mechanical hardware that populate them — specified against your device, your board layout, and the thermal and electrical conditions of your oven.
