Applications & Design Engineering
We begin with your device, handler, and test conditions and design the contact solution backwards from there — selecting materials, contact type, and mechanical construction against your actual thermal, electrical, and cycle-life requirements.
Where an existing part can be adapted, we will tell you so. Where it cannot, we design a solution that performs.

PCB Design Services
IPC-compliant designers working on the Altium DXP platform, with ten years of experience across final test, sort test, and reliability hardware. Full schematic capture, layout, CAM output, design-rule management, and library development, with cross-compatibility for OrCAD, Allegro, PADS, DxDesigner, CADSTAR, P-CAD, CircuitMaker, and Protel files — so an existing design can be brought to us without being rebuilt.
02 — Service
PCB Fabrication
Bare board fabrication for test and production hardware, from straightforward double-sided builds to complex multilayer stack-ups. We manage the process end to end — material selection, lamination, drilling, plating, imaging, surface finish, and electrical test — with the board specified against the mechanical and electrical demands of your application rather than forced onto a standard stack-up.
03 — Service
PCB & SMT Assembly
Full PCB and SMT assembly for prototype and low-volume production, supported by our own equipment and process knowledge. Suited to engineering builds, qualification runs, and production volumes that larger houses will not schedule.
04 — Service
Component Sourcing & BOM-Based Procurement
Send us the bill of materials and we will source against it — managing multiple suppliers, verifying part authenticity, consolidating shipments, and returning a single quotation instead of a dozen. Particularly valuable for long-lead, allocated, or end-of-life components.

Equipment Supply & Laboratory Set-Up
Supply of SMT products — stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, stencil solutions, and ESD equipment and materials — together with complete lines covering everything from PCB fabrication through to full laboratory set-up.
